Meet The SF Global Sourcing Executive Team

 

Steven Feinberg

President & CEO

Steven founded SF Video in 1990 out of his parents’ garage in response to the needs of Fortune 1000 companies to mass duplicate media in the form of audio cassettes and VHS videotapes. As media transitioned from analog video to digital media and optical discs, SF Video evolved from a tape duplicator to a CD and DVD replicator. As the demand for value-added, retail-ready packaging increased, the company evolved into a supplier of complete offer packaging solutions.

Based upon customer demand and the trust and faith they had in the company, it now sources complete end-to-end solutions for direct-marketed consumer products. While still maintaining a particular expertise in the mass duplication of intellectual property, this means that the company helps create and source an entire product offering including all of the various components that comprise an offer configuration — from the core product and ancillary or sweetener products — to the packaging itself. This maturation of the business led Steven to re-christen the company SF Global Sourcing in 2011.

Steven graduated from University of California at Santa Barbara in 1987 with a B.A. degree in Business Economics and Accounting. He is a lifelong entrepreneur and avowed “people person” who takes great delight in satisfying customers and creating opportunity for his team, many of whom have been with the company for over a decade. He is the current Chairman of the Board of the Electronic Retailing Association, the leading trade association devoted to direct-to-consumer commerce.  You can learn more about Steven’s leadership as well as some of the articles he has contributed to industry publications here.

Steven lives in San Francisco and enjoys exercising and the outdoors especially golfing, biking, hiking.  He is very happily married to his wife, Jenna and they have three beautiful children: Sarah, Henry and Grace.

 

Michael Brandon

Executive Vice President

Michael Brandon was the first hire at SF Video, the precursor to SF Global Sourcing, in 1990 at the height of the VHS era of media duplication. Over the course of two decades, Michael has helped clients move over 100 million units through the product pipeline, with a particular focus on retail-ready intellectual property.  He has deep expertise with mass media replication in the form of CD, DVD, and Blu-ray optical discs, and the knowledge to help create the value-added packaging and other product sweeteners that comprise a complete consumer offer.

Michael has extensive experience working with the corporate marketing divisions of Fortune 500 companies, religious organizations, and companies from nearly every business category. He is particularly resourceful at finding the best quality, most cost effective solution to a particular product offering.

Michael graduated from University of California, Berkeley in 1983 with an A.B. degree in Political Philosophy. Michael has another life as a horseman and cowboy, showing his World Champion mare Cee San Dee Slide in the roping events at A.Q.H.A. horse shows and rodeos across the western United States.

 

Stan Feinberg

Vice President

Stan Feinberg joined SF Global Sourcing in 1998 after having spent the previous 10 years in the real estate industry.  Stan’s primary focus is on maintaining and cultivating customers from within the corporate, direct marketing and special interest categories.

Stan graduated from San Jose State University in 1983 with a B.S. degree in graphic design. This background serves him well as he seeks unique complete offer and packaging solutions for his clients. These include leading educational, fitness and personal development direct marketers.

Stan lives in the San Francisco Bay Area where he and his wife of 17 years have two boys. Stan is an avid athlete who enjoys running, tennis and basketball, and has recently participated in his first triathlon.

 

 

Sue Coakley

Account Manager

Susan Coakley has been the Account Manager with SF Global Sourcing since 1995.   Her extensive experience in print and publishing has made her a knowledgeable advocate for the company’s diverse customer base throughout her career.  An ability to understand and relay the goals of the customer, whilst keeping cost, timeliness and quality a priority have been a key element in extending the hand of partnership to SF Global Sourcing’s client base.

Sue is a graduate of Cal State Hayward.  After running many long distance events Susan has recently traded in her running shoes for a bicycle and is training for a Century.  She likes to cook in her spare time and will eat what she’s made on principle, no matter how bad it tastes.

 

 

Jana Loueriro

Production Manager

Jana Loureiro started with the company in 1999 as the logistics manager.  From there she became the Production Manager managing all day-to-day production details.  Her current role at SF Global Sourcing is Production Director where she applies over twelve years in print and packaging solutions towards helping clients reduce costs while producing an eye-catching, quality product.

Jana graduated from San Francisco State University in 1996 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration.  She enjoys reading and gardening in her free time.
